Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 28, 2026

This policy describes how Allied Compliance Group (a DBA of Integrity Protection & Financial Group, LLC) handles information collected through this website and the Sage chat assistant. See also our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum, which describe how this information is processed on our behalf and by whom.

What we collect

When you use the Sage chat or contact form, we collect the minimum information needed to respond to you:

  • Your first name and, optionally, your business name
  • An email address or phone number (one is required so we can respond)
  • The topic or intent you select, and anything you choose to type in the message field
  • Your consent choices (operational messaging and, separately, marketing updates)

How we use it

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation if requested, and - only if you opt in - send occasional updates. Operational messaging consent and marketing consent are recorded separately, and you may withdraw either at any time.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or protected health information through this chat.
  • Sage does not provide legal, tax, medical, or regulatory-approval conclusions. Regulated or sensitive questions are routed to a team member.
  • We do not sell your information.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in our client workspace on the WiBiz platform and used to route your request to the appropriate team member. Access is limited to Allied Compliance Group staff.

Your choices

You can opt out of any further contact at any time by emailing sultaun@ipfgllc.com or calling 770-415-5932. We will honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.
