This addendum describes who processes information submitted through this website and the Sage chat assistant, and on what terms. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to information collected through this site.
Allied Compliance Group (a DBA of Integrity Protection & Financial Group, LLC) is the data controller for information submitted through this site: we decide why it is collected and how it is used. WiBiz (Digital Benefits Pte Ltd) operates the underlying workspace, contact-management, and Sage assistant infrastructure that stores and routes this information on our behalf, acting as our data processor. WiBiz processes this data only on our instructions and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The same categories described in our Privacy Policy: your name, optionally your business name, one contact method (email or phone), the topic or intent you select, anything you type into the message field, and your consent choices.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. Access is limited to Allied Compliance Group staff and to WiBiz as the processor operating the platform described above, strictly to provide the service. We do not send client or visitor data to outside vendors or partners beyond that processor relationship.
WiBiz maintains administrative access controls, role-based permissions, and authentication safeguards over the systems that store this data, and continues to strengthen these controls over time as part of its ongoing security program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below, subject to any record-keeping we are required to maintain by law or by an active engagement.
Information collected through this site is processed and stored using US-based infrastructure. We do not knowingly transfer this information outside the United States.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected individuals and any applicable regulator without undue delay, consistent with our legal obligations.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw any consent you previously gave, by contacting us using the details below. We will honor these requests promptly, subject to any exceptions the law provides.
