These terms govern your use of this website and the Sage chat assistant, operated by Allied Compliance Group, a DBA of Integrity Protection & Financial Group, LLC ("Allied Compliance Group," "we," "us"). By using this site or the Sage chat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site provides general information about Allied Compliance Group's business protection, compliance, and growth services, and lets you request a consultation, ask a question through Sage, or leave your contact details so a team member can follow up.

The Sage chat assistant

Sage is an automated assistant. Its responses are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, medical, or regulatory-approval advice.
Regulated or sensitive questions are routed to a team member rather than answered conclusively by Sage.
Using Sage, or submitting the contact form, does not create a client, advisory, or professional-services relationship. That relationship begins only when Allied Compliance Group and you sign a separate engagement agreement.

Scheduling and consultations

Where the site lets you request or book a consultation, doing so is a request only. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from a team member. Cancellation and refund terms for paid consultations or engagements are described in our Refund Policy and, where applicable, in your signed engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site or Sage to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content;
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, Sage, or the systems behind them;
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site's content or the Sage assistant outside of normal browsing and inquiry use.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and the Sage assistant's conversational experience belong to Allied Compliance Group or its licensors. You may view and use the site for your own personal or business evaluation of our services; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and Sage are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allied Compliance Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Sage. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
